Can I get free delivery?
At the time of writing, Cosyfeet does not offer free delivery. We’ll post any free delivery codes right here should there be any in the future.
How much does delivery cost at Cosyfeet?
Standard delivery costs £4.99 and will be delivered by the Royal Mail. Tracked Priority costs £6.50 and gives you guaranteed same-day dispatch. Convenient Collection costs £6.50 and is a good option if you’re not about for home delivery. You should order by 2 pm Monday - Thursday for next-working-day collection.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Cosyfeet offers free returns with a No Quibble Money Back Guarantee. This means there is no time limit to when you can make a return. For hosiery, socks, or foot care items, they should be returned unused and with their seals. Electrical and mobility products might have different return guarantees. Be sure to check the Returns Policy on the Cosyfeet website.

Can I get an NHS discount?

Cosyfeet aims to design comfortable and wide-fitting shoes. Their sizes for women go up to a 6E wide fit. Most of their footwear styles are also adjustable so they can suit a range of feet shapes.
