Can I get free delivery from Cath Kidston?
Yes, you can, although you’ll have to be subscribed to Next Unlimited in order to take advantage of this. Next Unlimited costs £22.50 per year and entitles you to free Next Day and Furniture deliveries!
What are the delivery options at Cath Kidston?
Delivery at Cath Kidston is now via NEXT. You can order online and collect in-store at NEXT for free, whilst you can also order and pick up with their Next Day to Store service at no extra cost. Without the Next Unlimited subscription, Next Day delivery costs £4.95, and furniture deliveries cost £15.00. You can also request your parcel be sent to a Parcelshop for £3.50.
What is the Cath Kidston Returns Policy?
Cath Kidston now have the same returns policy as NEXT so all returns go through them. To return items, you can either bring them to any Next store for free or return them in the post via Evri or Royal Mail. Please note, that postal returns will cost £2.50. To start a postal return, simply login to your online account and select ‘Arrange a return’ from the menu.
