How do I change or cancel my booking?
The best way to do this is by contacting the team via their online contact form. If you’re looking to cancel less than 48 hours before your pick-up date, it is best to call them on 0161 602 5400.
Will I be charged for cancelling or changing my booking?
No, not unless you have requested to make changes or to cancel within 48 hours before your pick-up date. Please note, that refunds will not be issued if a customer does not turn up.
Am I guaranteed to receive the exact car that I requested?
You’ll receive the same category of vehicle, but not necessarily the exact same model (depending on availability).

Are there costs for an additional driver?
This all depends on the location and rental provider. Please check the terms and conditions set out by the provider on whether or not there will be extra costs for an additional driver.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, all prices are fully inclusive. Should an extra payment be required (for any add-ons selected etc), a member of staff will get in touch with you to take payment.
