I'm an existing customer. How do I upgrade my BT Broadband deal?
Yes you can. You'll need to log in to your BT Account online and head to the 'Services' page to change your plan.
Can I cancel my BT Broadband deal?
Yes, but you will need to pay a cancellation fee to leave your contract before it expires. This will amount to however much you have left to pay on your contract (e.g. if you have four months left on £30, this would be £120) minus VAT and the costs to BT saved by you leaving early. Can I get BT Broadband in my area?
BT Broadband is available in most of the UK, although not everywhere is eligible for their Full Fibre connections. You can use BT's online availability checker to see what deals & options they offer in your area, including whether or not your area is covered by their faster Full Fibre options. Just pop your postcode in and click 'Check Availability'.
Do I need a landline to have BT Broadband?
No, with their selection of Broadband-Only deals, you can have BT Broadband installed without an existing landline or the need to get one installed.
How much does it cost to have my BT Broadband equipment delivered?
Delivery of your BT Broadband router usually costs £9.99 if you are not already an existing BT customer, but make sure to check your individual plan for any variations.
Can I track my BT Broadband delivery?
Yes, you can track your order's delivery status by logging in to the BT Broadband tracking portal.
