Can I get free delivery at Beauty Pie?
Yes, you can. For Beauty Pie subscription members, free delivery is available on all orders over £50.00.
How much is delivery at Beauty Pie?
Usually, Standard delivery costs £3.36 and will take 3-5 working days to arrive. UK Express delivery is also available, and this costs £5.95.
Can you return Beauty Pie products?
Yes. Beauty Pie allows returns within 14 days of delivery if you’re not happy with your order. Items should be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Is Beauty Pie easy to cancel?
Yes. If you’ve changed your mind, you can cancel your new membership within 14 days of joining. Simply contact the Member Happiness Team to let them know. After the 14 days, monthly memberships have a 3-month minimum subscription before you can cancel them. Be sure to cancel at least 72 hours before the next membership payment date so that you won’t be charged.
