Aveda Delivery FAQs
Can I get free delivery at Aveda?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on all orders. This will be dispatched within 2-5 working days of placing your order. Click & Collect is also free from over 2,700 UPS Collection points across the country.
What are the delivery options available at Aveda?
Standard delivery is free on all orders. Named day delivery costs £4.95 and will be delivered on a day of your choice. If you need your order quickly, next-day delivery costs £6.50 and will arrive the next working day. Saturday delivery costs £10.50 and will be delivered the following Saturday. You should order by 4 pm for these two delivery options. Click & Collect is free from a UPS collection point.

Yes. Students can get 15% off their orders at Aveda. Simply log in to your UNiDAYS account to verify your student status. You’ll then be able to access your exclusive discount code.
Can I get a new customer discount at Aveda?
Yes. Aveda offers a new customer discount of 15% off your order. You’ll need to sign up for the Aveda newsletter with your email address to get this discount. Simply click on the green ‘Get Discount’ code on our relevant Aveda discount code to be directed to the website page.
Aveda Returns FAQs
What is the returns policy at Aveda?
Aveda offers 30-day free returns from the date of delivery. Your order should be returned in a resalable condition and with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised, made to specification, or expire rapidly are not accepted for returns. Gift cards, booking fees, and services are also not included. Any goods with their seals removed are not accepted for hygiene reasons. Be sure to check the full terms and conditions before starting your return.

Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
