Can I buy tickets for the same day at Attractiontix?

Most tickets can only be purchased 1 to 4 days in advance. There is a handy ‘When are you going’ calendar which will show how late you are able to book tickets.

Can I book over the phone at Attractiontix?

Yes, you can - to book over the phone, you’ll need to call their team on 0344 873 0070. Alternatively, you can send an email to tickets@attractionworld.com.

Does Attractiontix charge a booking fee?

Attractiontix does not charge a booking fee to those paying by Visa, AMEX, Mastercard or debit card.

Does Attractiontix offer a student discount?

Unfortunately, Attractiontix doesn’t offer a student discount code at this time. Keep an eye on our page for more updates as they become available.

What should I do if I lose my ticket?

If you require a replacement ticket, Attractiontix can cancel your ticket and provide you with a new one. Please note, that there will be a £10 administration charge.
