Does Astrid & Miyu do free delivery?
Yes. Standard delivery within the UK is free on all orders and will be delivered within 3-5 working days. You should order by 12 pm for this delivery time window.
Can I get next-day delivery on Astrid & Miyu?
Yes. Next-day delivery costs £4.95 or it’s free on orders over £75. You should order by 3 pm Monday - Thursday for your order to be delivered via Evri within 1 working day. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will be delivered on the following working day.

Does Astrid & Miyu do student discount?
Yes. Students can get 10% off their online order at Astrid & Miyu with a valid TOTUM account. TOTUM cards cost £24.99 per year but do offer discounts on brands you won’t find elsewhere such as Astrid & Miyu. Simply sign in to your TOTUM account to verify your student status and access your code. This discount is not available on sale items.
Does Astrid & Miyu do NHS discount?
Occasionally. Astrid & Miyu has previously offered up to 25% off for NHS workers to say thank you during the pandemic. Whilst there are no percentage discounts at the moment, you can find staff-only deals on jewellery at nhsdiscounts.org.uk. These include earrings starting from £19 and necklaces starting from £29.
Can I use my Astrid & Miyu loyalty voucher and a discount code?
We appreciate this savvy-saving mindset. However, Astrid & Miyu do not allow these discounts to be combined together as both offer strong price drops. Simply make sure to double-check which method gets you the best deal before hitting checkout.
Astrid & Miyu Returns FAQs
What is the Astrid & Miyu Returns Policy?
Astrid & Miyu operates on a 28-day return policy. There are a few exceptions. Items which cannot be returned include earrings, huggies, ear cuffs, engraved products, sample sale products, and individual items from sets. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, and with no signs of damage or wear. It can take between 10-14 days to process a return.

Loyalty Programme: Join the Astrid & Miyu Loyalty Program to earn points on your purchases. You’ll get 5 points per £1 spent. Every 500 points = one £5 voucher. You can also get 250 points on your birthday or for subscribing to the mailing list. When you refer a friend, you’ll earn 1000 points too. With three tiers, each one allows access to more promotions, exclusive offers, and event invites.
Recycle and Save: Recycle your jewellery to earn 1000 loyalty points worth £10 to spend at Astrid & Miyu. You can also recycle jewellery from other brands too. The money raised from recycling will be donated to The Felix Project, to help both the environment and communities.
Free Delivery Available: If you don’t need your order too fast, we’d recommend opting for free standard delivery. This option takes 3-5 working days to arrive via the Royal Mail. However, it’s a lot cheaper than paying £4.95 for next working day delivery via Evri.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
