Alex and Alexa offer a range of delivery services using UPS. When ordering from Alex and Alexa you have the choice of services from UPS Access Point, UPS Standard, UPS Express Saver and UPS Pickup Point Express.
How long does delivery take?
Alex and Alexa aim to get all orders shipped within 1 -2 days, the delivery time after then differs from service to service. UPS Access Point and UPS Standard delivery both take 3-6 business days to get to you and UPS Express Saver and UPS Pickup Point Express take between 1-4 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
UPS Access Point and UPS Standard delivery are both available for £3.95. UPS Express Saver and UPS Pickup Point Express are both available for £8.95.
Do Alex and Alexa offer free delivery?
Yes, Alex and Alexa offer free delivery using UPS Access Point and UPS Standard services when you spend over £99.
What is the Alex and Alexa returns policy?
You have 30 days from the day of placing your order to return items. UK orders have free returns slips with your order. Returned goods should be well wrapped and packaged with their original tags attached.
Can I return items bought in the sale?
Yes, Alex and Alexa want their customers to be as happy with the ordering process as possible. So you can return items bought for full price and in the sale for a refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives at Alex and Alexa’s warehouse, it may take up to 5 working days to process your return. Once your return has been processed it will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear in your account.
