What delivery options do Affordable Mobiles offer?

All orders containing phones or SIM cards comes with free next day delivery. Orders of stand-along accessories only will incur a £4.99 delivery fee, so include them in an order with SIM cards and devices to avoid delivery fees! SIM cards are sent via Royal Mail, whilst devices and accessories are shipped with DPD.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track orders containing phones, tablets or accessories through DPD. You'll also receive a text when your order has been dispatched, and another on the day of delivery letting you pick an 1-hour delivery slot.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Yes, you'll need to get in touch with the customer service team via the live chat feature before your order is dispatched. If your order has been dispatched already, you'll need to return your items and place another order. Note that only phones can be returned unless the items are faulty, so make sure you order the right SIM card or accessory.

What is the Affordable Mobiles returns policy?

Phones can be returned to Affordable Mobiles within 14 days of your purchase. To arrange a return, you'll need to email their customer service team. All phones must be sent back in pristine condition & their original packaging, complete with all accessories and other included items. You'll also need to reset the device to factory settings.
