Your delivery will arrive depending on your postcode. Abel & Cole only deliver to certain areas on certain days. Their routes are carefully planned to minimise carbon emissions and the number of food miles.

Do I have to be home for my delivery?

No, you don’t have to be home. Abel & Cole take delivery instructions for their drivers so your delivery can be as convenient for you as possible.

Can I cancel my orders if I’m on holiday or away?

When ordering with Abel & Cole there is no commitment or strings attached. You can stop your orders or close and cancel your account at any time you would like.

One of my items is damaged, what can I do?
