Can I access my holiday details online?
Yes, you can. You’ll receive a booking confirmation email once you have paid, and this will contain a link to your account.
Can I amend my booking?
You can, although this may incur additional costs. To make any changes, you’ll need to call the Pontins Contact Centre on 0871 222 0201.
Do infants go free at Pontins?
Yes, infants under the age of 2 go free. However, you’ll need to pay for a cot should you need one and cot bed linen will not be included.

Can I cancel my Pontins booking?
Yes, you can. Most deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel your holiday 56 days or more before your arrival date, you won’t have to pay any remaining balance

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Pontins holiday parks. Guide dogs are exempt from this, however.
Can I get a day visitor park at Pontins?
Yes you can; these are available for purchase from the main reception during your stay. It’s an ideal way for friends and family to come and visit you during your holiday.
What time is check-in at Pontins?
Check-in is any time from 12 pm onwards. If you arrive early, you are welcome to explore the facilities and enjoy any entertainment on offer.
