The UK's three "fittest" cities also rank highest for sales of the Nintendo Wii video game, a website has discovered.
Recently named the three fittest cities in the country by Men's Health magazine, Bristol, London and Southampton are also home to the most purchases of Nintendo Wii consoles and Wii Fit video games, according to online auction site TeleBid.
According to the site, Bristol has seen the highest number of Wii Fit sales in the country while three Nintendo Wiis are sold for every rival console in the city.
"These results are really interesting we can see a real relationship between the cities that are considered 'fitter' and the location of our bidders who prefer Nintendo Wiis," said Nigel Whiteoak, Telebid's UK manager.
"This can by no means be a coincidence," he added.
Meanwhile, Nintendo's Super Smash Bros Brawl has entered the UK all-formats games chart at the number one spot.
Released on June 27th, the game is the third most successful title launched for the Nintendo Wii in the UK after Wii Fit and Mario Kart Wii.
