A round-up of ultra-fast ultra-portable notebooks by PC World Magazine has put the Micro Express JFT2500 at number one in terms of performance.
The Micro Express is an excellent choice for office workers looking for top performance, the publication states.
However, despite performing well the magazine claims the ultra-portable notebook has a worse than average battery life making it unsuitable for people who regularly work on the move.
Under the hood is Intel's 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo processor and 4GB of RAM, which helped push the laptop to the top of the computer reviewer's WorldBench 6 tests with a score of 92.
The magazine said: "That result is faster than the mark of any other model in our current test batch of ultra-portables.
"[However] the Micro Express JFT2500 would be a poor choice for frequent travelers."
Hewlett Packard announced last week that its EliteBook 6930p laptop could last on a single charge for up to 24 hours.
