One of the most fully-featured inkjets on the market, the new Brother DCP-6690CW is a good alternative to a laser printer, according to a PC hardware expert.
Brother's latest printing device makes an "excellent case" for investment in an inkjet despite the price of laser printers falling to affordable levels, PC Advisor reports.
The tech-news website claims the device is quite bulky, but Brother states that when compared with other printers capable of printing on A3 paper, the DCP-6690CW seems "modestly proportioned".
PC Advisor states: "The realistic image reproduction makes this extremely viable as an all-round multi-function printer - particularly for photo enthusiasts."
And, the news provider claims that the ability to print on A3 is a definite selling point for the company's all-in-one printer, scanner, copier.
Brother also has a five-in-one printer, the MFC-7840N, which is aimed at the business market and is capable of printing, copying, scanning, faxing and networking.
