Are H&M returns free?
Items returned in-store will be free of charge but orders returned by post will have a £2.95 returns fee. Items do not need to be in their original packaging, just make sure your order is in something watertight. You can register a return to start the process via a form on their website.
Does H&M do next-day delivery?
H&M offers next-day delivery for £5.99. If you order before 9 pm between Sunday and Friday and before 7 pm on Saturday, you will receive your order the next day before 8 pm.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you return your order within 28 days, you will receive a full refund (minus the £2.95 returns fee). Refunds take up to 14 days to be processed and sent to your bank account.
