How long does delivery take?

Most items can take up to 21 days to be delivered. However, Furniture Village also has a ‘Quick Delivery’ selection, which includes furniture that can be delivered within 7 days.

Where does Furniture Village deliver to?

Furniture Village delivers all across the mainland UK. For orders being delivered to the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Wight, an additional 2-week delivery time is expected.

Can I Cancel my Furniture Village Order?

Yes, orders that have not yet been delivered can be cancelled at any time for free by contacting the Furniture Village Customer Service team via email. Please note, this excludes bespoke orders.

What is Furniture Village’s Return Policy?

If you’ve had a change of heart on your purchase you can choose to return it for a full refund including any delivery charges. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and must include all original packaging.

How does the Price Promise work?

If you discover that an item you've purchased is available for a lower price at another retailer, you can request a price match. The items must be the same, available at a UK retailer with both physical stores and an online presence, inclusive of VAT, in new condition and with comparable delivery, warranty and payment options.

What is covered in the 20-year structural guarantee?

This guarantee covers all structural components of the furniture, including frames, springs and webbing. Other parts are covered for 2 years. Clearance items are also covered by a 2-year guarantee.

How much does Furniture Village Delivery cost?

Furniture Villages splits their delivery service into two categories, depending on the piece of furniture you buy. The Premium delivery service covers divan sets and dining chairs at £69.00 and dining tables, sofas, bedframes, garden furniture and other large furniture at £99.00. The Doorstep delivery service covers accessories (lighting, cushions, mirrors, rugs, wall art, vases and other finishing touches) at £10.00, and mattresses and headboards at £49.00.
