Booking FAQs
Can I book a table?
Yes, you can make a booking at any Ember Inns restaurant either online or by giving your preferred location a call.
How far in advance can I make a booking?
You can make a booking up to 3 months in advance. You can also make same-day bookings subject to availability. If making a same-day booking, lunch bookings can be made before 10:30 am and dinner bookings should be made before 4 pm.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can. To cancel an online booking, use the link in the booking confirmation email and follow the instructions.
Menu FAQs
Do they offer a children’s menu?
Yes, there is. Ember Inns cater for younger diners with their own special menu. Highchairs are also available on request once you’re there and their staff will store prams and pushchairs for you whilst you’re eating.
Is allergen/special dietary information available?
Allergen and dietary information are available on their menu. Their staff are also happy to discuss any dietary requirements anyone may have and chefs will try their best and attempt to accommodate any requests.
Are there vegan or vegetarian options available?
Yes, there is! Ember Inns have gone one step further and there’s a whole vegan and vegetarian menu available.
Gift Card FAQs
What value of gift cards are available?
Gift cards are available with credit of any denomination of £5 up to £250. If you’d like to put more than £250 on a gift card then multiple gift cards will be required.
Where can I spend an Embers Inn gift card?

Do I have to spend all the money on a gift card at once?
No, if there’s a remaining balance on your gift card after paying then you can spend that on a future meal before the expiry date.
How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the later date of either when money was last added to the gift card or when the gift card was last used.

Your first place to look to get some savings should be the offers section on Ember Inns’ website. Here, you’ll find deals like 2 for £10 on cocktails, drinks packages, bottomless brunch, the fixed price menu and the wine club.
The Ember Inns app can be a great way to save. It lets you book a table, order and pay for drinks and meals at your table, and order takeaway. You can also enjoy exclusive offers. New users will even get a free drink when they sign up.
