Can I get free delivery from Beauty Expert?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on all orders over £30. If your order is less than this, standard delivery costs £2.95. Click & Collect is also free on orders over £30.
How much does delivery cost from Beauty Expert?
Standard delivery costs £2.95 or it’s free for orders over £30. For quicker delivery, next-day delivery costs £5.99. You should order by 11 pm for this time frame. Same-day delivery is also available for selected postcodes and costs £10.50. You should order by 11 am for same-day delivery.
Can I return my order?
Beauty Expert offers 14-day returns from the date of receipt. To start your return, you should contact the Customer Service team. Your items should be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by a returns form. Your items should be unopened and in pristine condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for returns postage unless there is a problem with the order.

Can I get a Beauty Expert student discount?
No. Currently, Beauty Expert does not offer any student discount on their website. However, you can still make a saving on your skincare and makeup. At the time of writing, you can enjoy 20% off your order with our Beauty Expert discount codes.
Are there Beauty Expert first-order discount codes?
Yes. When you sign up for the Beauty Expert newsletter, you can get 20% off your first order. Simply enter your email address and you’ll be sent your exclusive Beauty Expert discount code.

What if my discount code doesn't work?

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true.
